About the Founder
 David
has always maintained a strong interest in maximising people
potential. He established The APA Consultancy back in 1986 after
having qualified with the British Psychological Society. He has
undertaken research studies for many global companies since then
such as GlaxoSmithKline and Saatchi & Saatchi as well as a
number of recruitment and financial organisations.
David maintains his overseas connections by developing an
international recruitment consultancy sending over 300 lecturers
to a variety of locations from Moscow to Siberia, Bangkok to
Taipei and Tokyo to Jakarta. He holds regular seminars in
prestigious London clubs for Chinese companies wishing to
develop business in the UK. He arranges company visits to
promote UK/China business contacts. He regularly works with UK
universities promoting educational courses and MBA degree
programmes in Southeast Asia as well as in Thailand's largest
universities.
David's expertise enables both business executives and
professionals to maximise and fulfill their potential. The key
focus is in developing leadership judgement enhancing both
individual potential and team performance.
